The majority of the time your quick turn around case is out of your hands is spent en route to or from the lab and other offices, or waiting in the lab for other cases to be completed.
Call and make an appointment. I'll bring the lab to you. I can cut out that wasted time by providing onsite service for repairs, relines, flippers, and some removable services. If the case is less urgent, just let me know when it will be ready and when you need it back.
Whether your patient wants to wait for a broken tooth repaired, you need a flipper while a procedure is ongoing, or want to combine final impression through try-in steps into one appointment, my fully insured mobile lab is equipped to handle your needs.
We can set up an appointment where I will provide onsite services. Depending on the service, the required time would typically be between 60 and 90 minutes. Onsite services are billed by the quarter hour with one hour minimum charge.
No appointment necessary, Give me a call in the morning and I'll have the case back in the afternoon. Rush fee applies when the turn around time is less than 4 hours, or the case is ready after noon
Call to make arrangements to have the case picked up today and back the next day or later.

Often you can just send the pieces if they fit back together. If you suspect there might be an ill fit causing the break, send a pickup, bite, and opposing so we can fix the break and cause all at once.
Full Relines
Just send the appliance with a reline wash, making sure there are no voids and attachments are clean.
Partial Relines
Take an alginate pickup impression after the wash for best results
If you have the tooth and none of the base has broken, just send the appliance and tooth for repair.
If the tooth has been lost and the adjacent teeth are on the appliance, just send the appliance.
If the tooth has been lost and it is next to a natural tooth, please send a pickup impression.
Often you can just send the pieces if they fit back together. You should check the fit and occlusion after repair for any causes.
The patient should not glue the appliance together.
Send the master cast, opposing, bite, and shade. Immediate flippers may require some chairside reline in the coming weeks. Please check impressions carefully for voids and draws. Appliances may be ill fitting if there are discrepancies.

Cases with special order teeth or parts may require additional days. Cases should be available by 12 for pickup or they may be picked up the following day. Cases with time due requests may have the delivery date moved to the previous day. Rush cases are possible based on schedule and may incur a rush fee per arch per day.
